Because the Divisional HR Partner’s mission is to serve employees and leaders across units, they will provide expert advice and a perspective that comes from experience. Divisional HR ensures consistency in the alignment of HR policies – a critical element in a premiere public research university of the 21st Century and a hallmark of a great place to work.
If you need advice about what is required to complete certain HR activities, a hiring practice or dealing with an issue in your department, start with your Divisional HR Partner.
