As a University, we are devoted to helping to develop our most critical resource – our faculty and staff. We are committed to the idea that we need to help nurture and build our UB family; and that balancing achievement and enjoyment requires work, health, life and service. We offer programs and services that support a healthy work environment for our faculty and staff and enhance our ability to make the region a better place in which to live, work and study by taking part in projects and events that support vital resources throughout our community.
