Notary Publics

A notary public is an officer who can administer oaths and statutory declarations, witness and authenticate documents. For your convenience, many HR employees are also licensed as notaries public. University Human Resources provides all notary services without charge to University employees for both university related and personal matters.

Along with the documentation that needs to be notarized, you will be required to provide photo identification that also includes signature.  A valid driver’s license or passport is ideal for this purpose.

If you would like to utilize the services of any of our notaries, one is generally available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Please call Human Resources to confirm that a notary will be available at the time most convenient for you.
