| Build Relationships and Manage Conflict in the Workplace |
|
Build positive relationships and create an environment for the exchange of conflicting or differing ideas in which parties feel equally heard, respected, and unafraid to voice dissenting opinions. Effectively manage conflict and reduce the negative effects of conflict that impact you and your colleagues. In this class we will use The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument to help participants understand their dominant conflict management style. Learning how to manage and confront difficult situations to reach a win-win outcome will increase a person’s effectiveness and help strengthen relationships.
