Weight Watchers has a new twist on their dietary program. The cost for a 12 week session is only $144.00 payable through payroll deduction. You can bring Weight Watchers to your department. An Eight-Week Piltes Course, Taught by Anne D'Angelo
Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.
