Facilitate Productive Meetings

To organize and run productive meetings, planning, preparation, facilitation and follow-through are required. This course is designed to provide processes and tools to plan and conduct meetings that will enhance team and organizational performance.

You'll Benefit By Learning To

  • Employ the five keys of effective planning, ensuring meeting productivity.
  • Apply tools and methods for building structure tailored toward your meeting needs.  
  • Understand how to create participative meeting environments.
  • Assign and clarify roles and expectations.
  • Develop accountability and follow through after meetings.

  • Anyone involved with leading groups, discussions, teams
