Managing Your Stress: It’s Up to You!

Is stress getting the best of you? Are the demands on your time and the unpredictable economy creating additional pressure with the onset of the holidays?

This interactive workshop will define the continuum of stress, its impact on work & family life, and help you identify specific tools to gain better control of your stress. You are the only one that can manage the stress that you feel. This course will give you the tools to do so effectively both at work and at home.

  • Assess your stress level and sources of your stress.
  • Develop multiple tools to manage your stress.
  • Make stress management a part of your ongoing lifestyle.

This Course Is Intended For

  • Anyone experiencing difficulty coping with competing priorities
    and/or experiencing physical signs of strain.
