This nine course series helps managers to be more effective in their supervisory role. To be effective each of us must use strategic communication techniques, create a supportive environment for our employees, to allow them to be responsible and accountable for their work. While easily said, these things are frequently more difficult to do.
The Collaborative Performance Management – Exceptional Employee Results (CPM) Program is a customized training program specifically for UB designed to help managers refine their skills and improve their ability to manage employee performance. Participants will be engaged in a unique learning experience that will combine instructor-led workshops and self-paced online sessions. In addition to the classes, there are opportunities provided throughout the program to network and learn about the managerial experiences of your UB colleagues.

Please note: The next CPM Program is scheduled to begin in September 2013. If you would like to put your name on the list to be considered for this session, please complete the CPM Interest Form.
