Meditate Your Cares Away

As we head into the holiday season, stressors seem to mount up! Come enjoy the relaxation that occurs when you practice simple yoga postures, breathing, visualization, and sound. This is a refresher course of Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique, but beginners are welcome as well!!

In this course you will learn: 

A simple technique that teaches you to relax through:
