UB Jobs Our Electronic Recruitment Management System

To ensure the success of UB’s hiring endeavors, we have implemented a state-of-the-art online recruitment management system - UB Jobs, making it easier to apply for a job, and to reduce the amount of time required in the hiring process.
When you apply for an open position using UB Jobs, you will be able to complete the entire process online, upload your resume, save your application data for other postings, and receive status updates via email.

If You Need Assistance Using UB Jobs

Though UB Jobs has been designed to make it as simple as possible to apply for jobs at UB, we realize that some users may have special needs, may not have access to an internet-ready PC, or just might not be comfortable using a computer. To make it easier for you, a University Human Resources Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you.
